Did you tried to read full flash like "Autodetect 6205-6227 NOR" model ?
What is the results ?

I try but soft error read cip id ...I try 115200 speed but identic

hi all

here is pinout for datacable (pl2303) you can modify samsung d500 cable

count pins when you look on connector from left to right
8 - Тx
9 - Rx
17+18 - GND

you can use
FlashTool_v3.0840.00
to read\write flash
set operations method NFB

there are 2 firmware vesions i know last X8_XZY_MLB_1_7T08S0309 2009/03/09
master full can be found here http://rapidshare.com/files/23600470..._Pavel.7z.html
to update firmware you need to load scat_6235_Pavel.txt (Scatter-loading )
after flash make reset for factory settings password 1122
