How to record flash backup W220? - GSM-Forum

I caught a Motorola W220 and I was in the option read flash ai created a flash backup of the device now I want to play this flash backup in the other device and I am not obtaining of the error as it shows the image below, when I open the archive in infinity backup_Motorola W220_flash_part_1_of_1_20080307-095132.6AX seems that the archive is not compatible or does not recognize as archive flash, would like to know if somebody knows as to make flash with this archive flash backup?

I did not obtain until the moment in effecting the flash with the archive flash backup made by the Infinity. Flash follows below link backup read by the Infinity

Receives the archive successfully flash, effected the flash in the device, it league soon appears of the operator with card inserted it is only with the white screen in the hour of inicializar, more when shot card it is not with white screen more asks for to insert card, as decides this?

Hello,

If you have problems with phone after flashing you need to use another flash files: Main + Lp + Flex + Images + Melody
How to select correct files sets: C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\Infinity-Box_FlashFilesDescription.htm

Friend I sent a flash backup of a device you to decide the problem of this archive therefore I did not obtain to play this flash above backup for the in agreement device the topic, then I only received 1(um) archive w220_SCA-7-115A_0331-013_0357-181_0241-021_0230-006_main_lp_flex_images_melody_Vivo1[1].6AM I played this archive in the device and the device alone presents the problem with white display when I place card, without card it is not with white display more asks for to insert card, I find that the problem must be in the flash file that you of the support sent.

File that I have sent you contain all required firmware parts together: Main + Flex + LP + Images + Melody.
If phone can Power-On without card this means that phone software is good.

Did you tried to insert another sim-card ?
Did you tried to check phone hardware ?
Did you tried to flash phone with another files from support area ?

I tried yes with other flash of the support, I tested others card and also of the same error some flash appears the message in the viewfinder of the Unauthorized device phone, and some flash of the support the device nao presents no error and functions correctly, and the 06 flash backup that it sent me when I remove card and I type *#06# does not appear the number of imei is blank the data of imei. The problem is that necessary very of the flash backup that I sent you of the alive operator in Brazil with the frequency 850mhz that is the device that I am here and the flash of the support of infinity all are 900mhz.

Hello,

If you see "unauthorized" message or blank imei you need to go to "Service" page an make "Repair" operation.

I made this process of REPAIR and it did not decide the problem, imei nao shows in the viewfinder of the device

Hello,

I can't understand how it was happened that after flashing only with firmware phone lost imei.
Please, use "repair_eeprom" files and make "Repair" again after flashing phone with "repair eeprom" file.
