Months waiting OT-708 fix!!! - GSM-Forum

hi infinity team.. already 2 months waiting for autolock function fix after unlock this phones.. 4 days and customers return the phones locked... i have a lot of troubles with this and i know a lot of unlockers with the same situation.

Please we need a quikly solution!!!

Yes we see ( Alcatel-708 operations improved ) in every Update , but always relock after 3 days . i hope that is solve in last now . like team has make update again .

i need a supporter saying... "in the last update we fix autolock problem"...
we dont know what is mean... "operation improved.."

i tested in one unit when press vol up + power "formating FFS" and press vol up again its "formating ... please wait"
Restart with sim and autorelock disapear ... i waiting few days

Not hurry just wait for 3 days , will to back soon !
This Methode format and clear lock for 3 days too .

if it is, but consume less time than connecting to the box and is something that the customer can do not to have to take it to the store to find the solution

Now the same problem with motorola wx290 and wx295 relock after 4 days.
