How to repair IMEI 004999010640000 on X60/X66?

Is this possible or not? I heard on the forum about the possibility to repair this problem via Phone Tools but I can't figure out that option in Phone Tools v9,5. Does anybody out there have v10? Any help is much appreciated

Try to upload eeprom after reading backup and afterwards repair imei
