how to reset frp huawai TAG-L21

Hello.
Use LATEST CM2MTK.
Make connect 2-3 times. It will show "SECURITY_BOOT_ERROR".
After it became dead. Now it able to boot.
Make FRP reset ( separate option in FMT settings ) and make WIPE.
Make FW read.
Do "Init Preloader" , select preloader from FW, which CM2 read.
Disconnect phone. Power on. Enjoy.

You can try 100-200-over9000 times, but until you not press BOTH volume buttons at every connect try - that will not work.
