How to reset PHILIPS 960 user code?


I have a PHILIPS 960 user code bloked, do not give enter code area.. I resetted settings with infinşty but still the same, phone says phone code blocked!
how to reset user code 960 with infinity?

and there is not sp unlock for Philips 960..
