hello i facing trouble with infinity box when i try to restore backup for the phone that i have backup the firmware before i flash it

i didn't find a tab to restore backup

the backup splited in 2 part, how to restore it with infinity box
please guide me

eeprom backup can be loaded in software and flashed back in phone.

full flash backup must be sent to [email protected], we will convert it to required format and will upload in support area.

How to get latest flash files and new lanuage pack files

Please, follow instruction exactly like described below

Question: I don't see in support area flash files that I need (Languages that I need). How to get it ?

Answer:
Try to find phone with languages that you need, read flash and send file to [email protected]
Flash file will be tested, converted to required format and uploaded into support area as soon as possible.
