how to unlock Benq siemens AP75 - GSM-Forum

PLZ can some one help me with my siemens AP75 UNLOCK?
each time i try to connect phone with infinity-box, Furious gold, TSM BOX. there is no comunication between phone and box when am told to "press red button" and i dont understand why.
