Hello Friends,
I have just yesterday bought Infinity from one shop.
but CD with it is corrupted,so I want to download it from internet.
please help me by giving resumable links for important n required softwares for infinity box.

go to http://www.infinity-box.com & download the latest shell after download the shell install it & then go to support area throuth shell & download the complete setup

as there r many options such as FBUS & MBUS, USB & COM1,
which to choose.If having any tutorial pls upload it.

most of the basic problems ar in the support site.i am a new user too and the secret is to use the basic functions like calibration, unlocking first before going to more serious stuff like flashing.also make sure you have backup everytime because its your only lifeguard in emergency cases.lastly follow what the software asks carefully.welcome though.

dear sir,
when I open infinity pin finder showin above error message.
I tried dongle firmware upgrade,but it showing only"initialising pin finder adaptor.searching adptor at com3"
I waited for about half an hour but no response from software.I think it is hanging .or I think pinfinder must be at com3.
so please tell me what to do?
I have read FAQ's.n searched forum also but cant find solution.
I called my reseller ,he told to send box to him.but it is not possible for 15 days since it is about 1500 km long at mumbai.
help me as soon as possible.

This thread will be moved to "Chinese Miracle & PinFinder" so other supporter (who is really the best PinFinder expert) will be able top check your problem and help you.
From my side I suggest you to make this as a first step:
- disconnect PinFinder from your Unibox (Infinity-Box)
- take any multimeter
- measure voltage at your Unibox (Unibox, but NOT PinFinder box) RJ45 connector pin #1 and pin #8
What is voltage value ?

I have not given pinfinder box ,is it must?
I knew it from my reseller(i also dont know it is another box & i thought that it is inbuilt)
but now i m trying to connect sigmatel t99i handset which is in good condition.
But box not finding it.
I m using gf-at106 s5.
Log as follow-

hello!

probably your phone uses Test points instead of keeping Tx/Rx in system connector

hello!

regarding pinfinder problem: we have very detailed Pinfinder USer Manual.
theres is all procedures described, also there is trubleshooting section.
please check it before sending back to your reseller.
there could be some small mistake, for example wrong cables used between box and pinfinder or smthng else
