Please guide me how to unlock Lg Kg110 with infinity using Lg 7050 Cable?
Also tell me step by step procedure and which com port to select.
I am new with infinity.

Hello,

How to write flash (upgrade/downgrade firmware, change language):

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Flash" page and load required files
8. press "Write" button and follow instruction given by software

How to read flash:

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software

7. go to software "Service" page
8. press "Read flash" (or "Read full flash") button and follow instruction given by software

How to unlock (remove sp-lock, provider lock etc.):

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Service" page
8. press "SP-Unlock" button and follow instruction given by software

How to reset/format ffs (reset setting to default values, repair freez/restart etc.):
- at first try to make "safe format" (if this option exist)
- if "safe" option is not works try to make "complete" format (if this option exist)

1. connect cable from box to device
2. run "Infinity-Box Shell" software
3. select required model
4. run required software module
5. select required model (if need)
6. go to software "Settings" page and select COM port
7. go to software "Service" page
8. select format mode "safe" or "complete" (if mode is available)

tried all the things, cant unlock.
i am very new with infinity. and just now installed the software. if you guide me only unlocking 1 phone rest i wll do. also tell me the settings of the software which option to check and which to uncheck?

Software options: you must use default options, software select optimal options by default.

What "tried all things" you have tried exactly ?
What COM port you have selected ?
What do you mean "can not unlock" ?

I can not understand what is the problem exactly. How can I help if you say just "not wark" and you do not explain what is the problem.

it is showing this only..........and when i hold power button the mobile set power on and nothing happen.......

and when i press spunlock button it shows this

It looks like you did not connected cable from box to phone.
Do you have RJ45 cable connected to phone ?

Do you have battery connected to phone ?

Did you checked what COM port assigned in system to your Infinity-Box ?

Did you checked what COM port assigned in system to your Infinity-Box ?
Are you sure that COM6 is a correct COM port ?

1. you must double check your cable.
If phone can not be detected by software, in 99% it's a cable problem, so you must double check cable wires and pins !

2. be sure that you follow the instruction:
