1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!
3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!

Wait for phone...
Device Found!
Initialize ... 
Handshake passed!

not possible with cm2 at this moment try another way or ask google mama.

Other ways are other box product.
The way to enable the ADB - I did it, but in vain, these methods do not remove the password.
The way to write through the MI flasher - unlock file - so too, it's tried, the file is not flashing, the flasher issues an authorization error.
