how to unlock skyzen s3 - GSM-Forum

today came to my office skyzen s3 from telcel mexico it looks like hummer phone and use the same pinout as hummer phone but i press unlock say it was succesfull but phone remais locked is there any advice to unlock this phone

hello!

make full backup for emergency case and make format FFS complete.
this must remove all locks

i have already do that but phone remains locked looks like telcel firmware is permanent locked cause same thing happend with other brands like samsung or lg they got locked firmware and until you flash it you cant put foreigner simcard but i dont find any skyzen s3 firmware in support to be able to flash the phone im pretty sure phone is unlock it already cause if you say read all codes the phone says is unlock it don have any locks active so looks like i need a firmware for flash the phone

"simfree" flash files for S3 and "Hummer" was uploaded in support area.
Please, try to flash phone with new files when you will have a chance.

I am waiting for Infinity to release the SIMFREE flash file for the Alcatel OT-v570A the only one you have is the OT-v570X
