i have vk 207i for unlock i tried to unlock using pinfinder but not working.please help

ok i follow the instruction sti ll not be able to unlock the phone.the soft says phone should be powered on but not possible with pinfinder battery power cable second when i used battery phone is poweron but still phone not connecting with soft.

Are you sure that you have applied power to phone with PinFinder (via PinFinder "Power" software button) ?

yes ,but always get this error :

COM59 selected
Device must be POWERED-ON !
Connecting, wait...
Err: can't read software version
Err: can't read hardware version
Err: Phone not powered or bad connection
Err: operation not finished properly
Finished

Hello,

Phone should be powered-On, power wires from PinFinder should be connected to phone instead of battery.

Btw, why you do not use VK207 cable from Infinity-Box package ?
