WHY won't people just understand that the ip file needs to be replaced with the new one?

WHY doesn't infinity support update the suport package so people wont have to understand this but just download the package and run it?

Is it really so hard?

i have one infinity box plus..

but don't update my box...

help me please....

in dongle manager show..

dongle can't be found:
card with specified AID not found !
smartcard API error #00000000

how to solver this problem..

1. close all Infinity-Box software modules
2. start Donglemanager and update dongle
in case of any problem pls explain problem so detailed as possible.

and put it in the same directory. Maybe this file could be included in the DongleManager.rar so people don't have to download it separately.
