Why not google about it?
CM2 made STANDARD files, which can be uses whatewer you want. Just google. All explained even with pictures how move hand by X and Y axis to choose/press need button.

sir if u simply answer the problem may be it will be more easy to do..

Copy .vcf to phone storage and import contacts from phone storage....
