Htc Desire 526G+ dual sim D526h SECURITYBOOT_BOOT_NOT_ACCEPTED problem

Today I got a Htc Desire 526G+ dual sim D526h in blinking condition.
This set's bootloader is also secured by company. So I can not flash it.

Fastbootmode as well as Recovery mode is not coming also(by using vol+ or Vol-) keys. So I can not flash it via sd card or fastboot comands)

In last 3 days I have got 2 sets in such problems.

Please solve this problem..............

Log:

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

Select last line in CPU settings. Will be available new menu under it. Select HTC. Do need operation.
