I got this error smart card failure I(4) , when i use Hua Box Software

Infinity prog works fine.

Update dongle firmware now with DongleManager.

Please before smart-card update contact to Hua supporters to get an andvice what is the problem (with PC or with hua software version or anything else).

hello Team
after the license transfer. I installed the last Hua tool and it opened without any problem. After a few hours, I got the smart card failure I(4) smart card damage
