Huawei CUN-L01 Y5ll

I hope you don't mind me asking this question.
I purchased this phone from ebbay and I was told it was ready to use, However when I recieved the phone I decided to clear all data on it and do a restore just in case anything was on the phone from last user. Now I am not able to use the phone as it is asking for Google login details that I do not have, is there a way round this?
