Huawei G6 Unlock problem

I got a Huawei G6, i tried to unlock this phone, phone is not unlocked but in phone screen i can see "Software Error 23"

can it be repaired ?

I am sure that you see "error 23" even before unlock, phone was damaged when you got it.
We do not have solution for this error repair yet.
