please infinity team i have one trend t101 in my

its dead by flashing flash file given by you in support

after a lot of search i found that i need (BSNL G200CF)

but on support there is no (BSNL G200CF) file now what should i do

customer wants his set alive

now what should i do

please some one help me

1. what was with phone when you have got it on hands ?
2. why you killed phone ?
3. who told you to use bsnl200 files ?

phone was in working condition

phone was on security code

after unlock it gone to test power on

phone was on test power on problem

as flashed it with your given file on support

now it is dead

when i want to write its backup it gives error

can you please give sulution

go to support area and download G200 files. files is in support area.

Please, look a left side of your picture.
Do you see "Download_files_from_Digibee_folder.txt" file ?

What do you think, why we uploaded that file there ?
