huawei t156 cy unlock fail

illegal software power off 5 second later plz help any solution?

=> module version: v.1.73
=> operation (3) started: COM6
==> get_dll_version
dll version: 38.0i
==> set_com_port
==> set_baud_rate
==> set_v24_mode
==> set_baud_rate
==> check_comm_link
==> set_v24_mode
==> check_comm_link
last error: Timeout while receiving - please check connection and that DUT is ON
=> operation finished
==> close_com_port

t156 simple only unlock possible on infinite don,t try other model
