Hello,

it's very strange that phone can't be unlocked.

What to do in case of problems:
1. flash phone with firmware from support area
2. write original eeprom into phone (if you have it)
3. make sp-unlock in "standard" mode (and follow special instruction exactly) !
4. if still no luck (that near impossible) make "format ffs" in complete mode
5. power-on phone
6. power-off phone
7. make sp-unlock in "standard" mode (and follow special instruction exactly) !

Please, follow this more detailed instruction exactly like described.
It's very important to make all steps !
Please, post all results in one messagem, no need to write each step results in separate message.

What to do in case of problems:
1. Charge phone battery completely (use extrnal power supply)
2. flash phone with firmware from support area
3. write original eeprom into phone (if you have it)
4. make sp-unlock in "standard" mode and follow special instruction (given by software) exactly !
5. if still no luck (that near impossible) make "format ffs" in complete mode
6. power-on phone
7. power-off phone b phone "Power" button, don't remove battery !
8. make sp-unlock in "standard" mode (and follow special instruction exactly) !

i also can not unlock usha lexus with infinity
tried all possible options not work for me

Warning ! After unlock process finished make this:

1. be sure that there is NO any SIM card in phone
2. press phone "Power" button and power-On phone
3. press phone "Power" button and power-Off phone
4. NOTE ! SIM card can be blocked during first power-On so use SIM card
that you ready to move to trash w/o problems !
5. now you can power-On phone with SIM card
