hello!

lets start from checking what CPU it is based.
you either can do this by disassembling phone or by typing *#0044# and pressing green (send) button.
if you will see "language set: english"- you can be sure, that this phone is supported by Infintiy software

if yes- you must check if phone can be powered On from pinfinder power.
if yes- increase "finder activations tries" to 20 and repeat search.

Do not use any exernal power 3,6 volts.
phone must be powered only from box power

For all that have problem with this phone:

Hyundai W100 tested pinouts. LCD and key are up, pins counted left to right.

14 pin in line connector:

3 = Phone Rx = Box Tx = pin 2 on RJ45 plug
4 = Phone Tx = Box Rx = pin 3 on RJ45 plug

9 or 14 = Phone GND = Box 7 or 8 on RJ45 plug

Hello,

Is it really 1x14 pin connector but not 2x7 connector ?
We have got an information before that thiss phone has 2x7 connector.

Please, confirm what is this phone actual connector type.

Thank you !
