i have tecno t880 it is in restart problem....i want to formet it ...when ever i try to format it it shows this type of log as in pic given below.... why it not formet the phone i try it on many chinese set,......did i not select the option properly ,,,whic speed is require for format and flashing cany any body guide me step step .....thanks in advance......

Hello,

You must press and HOLD phone "Power" button for a long time.
Also you can try to use "complete" format method.

same problem brthr ......now have a set itel model it600......reboot with sim problem pls help me here is log ,,,,i do as u say in post i press power butoon then set on and it showss connecting phone after few secod it sayss as in log

you follow this step....................
1.open your infinity box
2.then select chiness miracle exe
3.press run button
4.then you select baud rate. note-alwates try to change this baud rate 11500
5..now you go service .
6.after go service you select complete format method
now you wait the software automaticly say to you press and hold power button.now you press your power button till when software give you another message.
now relase your power button
after completed format you disconnect your cable and try to power on your set

thanks brthr for ur help........the formet is done in both fone .......but my problem is not solve in both set they both restart with sim tecnot880 and itel it600 can u help why the problem not solve in both handsets thanks for the reply /arif/

you must turn to flashing if this is Single MCU phone.
if it is double MCU phone i would advice from formating second phone part

so that i think it may be hardware problem.reheat cpu or change it
