Hi all, I just installed my first infinity, so good, only when I try to enter the online support gives me an error autenticasion. I must have some access account payment? I need credits?

searching the forum, I found several identical case in which the problem was solved by sending data and the user box to you, so I did the same thing as those guys did, send the data to dongle @ infinity-box. com, I hope I can help solve this problem in order to use my box to one hundred percent.

you need to buy credit to activate again and continue support with in a year

According to the developers, I have a year of access to support and update, because my box the order a few days ago I arrived yesterday, and today I have installed, what I'm referring to is the online service, not to support.

I do not understand, as is possible in almost 24 hours has not been answered by the members of a team, who have the responsibility to help, with just think it's the first time using this box and should take the best impression of its creators, it definitely does not feel right, not fair.
