I can not register in GRT Dongle Web & LG program does not start in Win 10 - GSM-Forum

Hi, please, I already have the Serial GRT Dongle number (subscription in Infinity Dongle) but I can not register on your Web, it indicates "Invalid Serial", I followed all the installation rules described here. How long should I wait for it to be enabled please ?

Indicate if I should place the Serial here ?

The Software "Grt Dongle Lg Tool V.1.0.0.0" does not want to start on my Windows 10 64bit, the rest of the programs work normally, "Grt Dongle Hardware Tool 1.0.0.2" and "Dongle Qualcomm Tool 1.0.0.3". Any solution?

Please respond,...

Hi,
if you can see grt serial number this means activation completed well.

Thanks for answering, if you can move this thread to the link that indicated it would be happy. If indeed I can see the serial number and the programs work well, LESS the "Grt Dongle Lg Tool V.1.0.0.0" that does not start. The problem is that when you finish the Registry on your Web page, you DO NOT complete the record indicating that the "Serial Invalid" and I can not Log.

The second problem was solved !!

If you do not start "GRT Dongle LG Tool V.1.0.0.0" in Windows 10 64-bit. must be excluded the executable "GRT Dongle LG Tool V.1.0.0.0, exe" of the Windows 10 Data Execution Prevention.

Fix the Link (the join separations) so you can see the image
