I cannot acces download are!! - GSM-Forum

Please solve errors or help me how to acces download area! After pressing in Shell butons Enter support/download area i recived like in image 2! I try all mirrors..al posibility..no way to work

Hello,

1. upgrade your dongle firmware: http://www.infinity-box.com/download...p?id_file=3057
2. try to login in support again
3. if no luck: start DongleManager, read dongle info and send text with info to [email protected]

I upgraded dongle firmware..same problem..cannot acces download area! When i try to login in demo mode i recived this erorr:

WARNING!!!
You have exceeded daily download limits. Please dont use any download accelator software as it will tamper with you limits.
Please try again tommorrow.

I will send you one mail whit all data from my dongle! Thx!

Still cannot acces downlod area! I sent you mail whit dongle info..please solve my problem! I try everything,dongle is up to date,i try all mirrors..always i get errors like in my pictures upstairs! I`m not biginner,i try all but whithout succes!

try to upgrade dongle firmware again, after upgrade please send Log file from "DongleManager" folder to [email protected]
