help i have infinty box but my pinfinder not atached with this box it do not update. Pls help how to work with this box its urgent

when i apgrtde it. it show that msg
"Initializing Pin-Finder Adapter...
searching adapter at COM1...
too many retries
can't find adapter
searching adapter at COM1...
too many retries
can't find adapter
searching adapter at COM3...
too many retries
can't find adapter"

pls help

hello!

you must check your boxes connection according pinfinder user manual.
i guess you connected them woth wrong ports or cable

Thanks brother my problm has solved there is error in my cable rj45 to rj45
