i cant flash and unlock any Pantech 3210 - GSM-Forum

i try a lot flashing and unlocking a few pantech 3210, but i cant flashed or unlock,its not acepting the flash,put other flash there in support any of the flash doesnt work,help please its urgent i have 4 pantech 3210 here of my customers,regard

Hello,

You must use different cables for unlock mode and for flash mode.

Here is an instruction how to get cable/pinout information:

1. be sure that you have downloaded and installed latest Infinity-Box Pinouts update
2. run Infinity-Box Shell
3. select required model
4. see detailed information about cable/pinout (Rx/Tx/Gnd pins and other information)

yes sir i have the rigth pinout,because its the same with the pantech 1410 and i flash this 1410 and unlock without any problem,the problem its with pantech 3210,check that please the firmware of support doesnt work,regard

As I can see you did not follow my advice. Please, do it at least next time.

Pantech cable for infinity-Box has two modes, software inform you what mode you need to use for each operation:

Cable name: Pantech-C300

11: Phone Tx (RJ-45 pin-3)

because when i try to flash the phone make a godd conection but when its triyin to write the file always said a message "error write xxxxxxxx to xxxxxxxx" retry or cancel,(the xxx are number that i dont remember now) so what can i do,becuase its the same cable to flash the pantech 1410 and with that phone i dont have any problem,i hope you can help me,regard

I dont have any more this phones ,my customer doesnt want wait more time,but im gonna recieve more phones,upload more flash,maybe tomorrow im gonna have more,regard

i am using gprs cable i know cable is good because i use the same cable to flash pantech 1410 without problems

Hello,

It is no a cable problem for sure, cable is good.
Please, try to flash this phone with HModule.exe, try to select "Hercules 16M" type. Please, post log here.
Let's see results.
