i finally revive x300 but camera not working the camera just the camera icon will be there no picture any solution

flash main+lp+map with "erase ffs" checked. if not helps then check phone hardware.

just met 2 X300.....

1. one was when sim card inserted it wont switch on
2. speaker problem

flashed both. both "worked" ok. both have the camera not working now. the 2nd one was working ok according to client.

really weird

Hi,

What is the problem with camera exactly ?
What firmware was flashed ?

You can try to flash latest firmware. if not helps, try to flash older one.

the camera icon is shown... once chosen the phone will jam. alternatively pressing the camera button by the side will jam the phone too.

i am using these files....

X300_041_MAIN[1].04M.bin
X300_041_MAP_Du_Fr_De_Ru.04F.bin

as regards language i left it as it was.

will retry with the suggestion above and inform back.

Also check hardware: connection camera - PCB. it's easy to damage this connection during open/close phone.

tried MAIN+MAP+LP+EEP and Erase FFS

still the same

seems it is not a software problem.... at this stage.pressing the camera the phone just jams for some seconds and then returns back to the menu. while the screen is open the keys can be heard when pressed too.
