If you have Infinity-Credits at your IOS Account:
- Login to your IOS Account - http://www.infinity-box.com/service.php
- go to `Products` menu
- Select `Infinity-Box/Dongle 1 year Updates/Support Renew`
- Enter your S/N

If you do not have Infinity Credits at your IOS Account:
- Contact to any Seller - http://www.infinity-box.com/dealers.php

i even read username and password from box and try to log in ios and it said incorrect username and password

If you want to use latest Infinity-Box/Dongle updates (f.e. CM2) and support area you should extend/renew support.
