I HAVE TOW BOXS OF INFINITY AND 3 PC
I READ Documentation AND I MAKE LATENCY TIMER 4
MY PROPLEM IS WHEN I
1-READ EEPROM
2-READ FLASH
3-READ INFORMATION
4-READ UNLOCK CODE
PHONE NOT DEDECTED BY SOFT AS YOU CAN SAY I HAVE A BAD CONNECTION
BUT WHEN I PRESS USER\PHONE\LOCK CODE AND FORMAT FFS
SOFT WORK FINE

Your problem is not in cable but problem is: you did not read documentation well.
It's good idea to check more documentation on your HDD: C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\Infinity-Box_How_to_unlock_Moto-C139_TracFone-8.8.17_C113-C118-C123_2.2.83_and_newest.htm
