155 from usa have 1900 mhz you have 1800 and that phone isnt triband

Have you tryed with another provider card, it is yes and no solution
try to change the band to 900Mh

us c155 and others are 850/1900 and rest of world is 900/1800 , not compatible.

No one has solution yet to convert usa C155 from 850 to 900 mhz.
