Hello,

You have got a text with problem description at first update attempt but you have ignored it.

Follow the advice given by DongleManager and send problem description as TEXT.

do not send screenshots, send only TEXT !

if you have another Card-Reader I suggest you inset Smart-Card into another Card Reader.

Try again only one time
