Hi Sr.

I have one Huawei G5730 and I try unlock this phone and now display message Software error 23, and I try change firmware and the same error 23 please help me with this phone.

Do you have original full flash (or eeprom/ffs) backup ?

how come that a listed and supported model can get faulty when infinity tries to unlock it?
