Red face i have problem with my 2 new box for infinity


hi infinty team i have problem with my new infinty box and pin finder first i activated infinity-box then i was try to acitivat the pin finder ----Process started: 12:17:50 PM----------

I think your PinFinder is already paired with another Infinity-Box. So contact your reseller about this issue.
Its my own assumption, for sure talk to your reseller or directly with InfinitySupport via above mentioned email address.
