I PUT 2 SIM CARDS IN PHONE WITH PIN CODE ACTIVATED AND WHEN I ENTER PIN CODE ON SIM 1 "DONE" when I ENTER PIN CODE ON SIM 2 PHONE DONT ACTS, NOTHING HAPPEND, I PRESS OK BUT NOTHING.

I flashed phone with good firmware from support and also this problem.

not resultats. i format safe & complete, flashed with another version .... can be problem on eeprom?

hello!

can you find same working phone and read out full backup?
use this backup, it will be written with eeprom area.
this can clear situation

that is known bug, simply disable PIN verification on SIM that you put in slot 2.

Go to settings and activate dual SIM mode.
by the way , i have the same phone but when i put SIM1 phone goes off, format ffs (safe mode) cannot be completed.
no idea why.
When i make ffs(complete) phone die, and even Repair security cannot revive, only full flash backup.
