1. Update your Card-Reader Drivers:

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager
- Select [BEST] at bottom of page instead of "Autodetect"
- Update Dongle firmware

1. Try to update Dongle at other PC
2. Try to use other Internet Connection (f.e. mobile gprs or 3G)
