Chinese Phones AutoAnswer Problem - GSM-Forum

Hello...

I have many chinese phones...but with our Network provider which is KorekTelecom in Iraq...we have problem...when a phone call come it will pickup the phone automatically...but with other Providers hasn't problem...Kindly help me how I can fix that problem...somehow it has relation with the simcard (the provider) be noted that only chinese phones is like this...but the phones like Nokia, Samsung, Sonyericsson...hasn't this problem...

did you tried to change phone settings in menu ?

some time virus problem , power on phone without simcard go to file manager and format phone and after that format memory card . and then reset phone to factory default .. i solve some phone trying this method..

hello i have the same problem we do every thing but not solved our problem ihave many cods but just solve old models like cect A9 N808 and other but new models like ZTC not solved the cods are(*#13646633# or *#3646633# or *#3636633#) but these codes are not work with new models please helpe if you have any idea

i have same problem i try to set all setting without help and i format ffs and all was ok problem was solve

Yes dear I have checked everything in the phone Menu...but this problem will be solved in Engineering Mode..but I dont know the code...could you give me some engineering mode codes??
