I need help urgently ; please !!


Hello Guys,
I'm writing this thread so as to help me with a problem i have , I just bought the infinity box + dongle , and when i tried to buy some credits from gsmserver.com they asked me for " BB5 Easy Service Tool / Infinity Plus Activated with BB5 Easy Service Tool Functions Serial Number (8 digits) * : ".
and when i cheked my box using the dongle manager i found "Dongle Serial NO S/N : 7632D076" but when i sent this one to the gsmserver support they told me that it was wrong . and i lost 400 credits because of this problem .

but when i cheked the dongle using BB5 easy service tool i got another serials which confused me ; WHAT IS THE SERIAL NUMBER I HAVE TO USE in GSMSERVER.COM TO GET MY CREDITS TRANSFERED TO MY BOX ??

You can check the attached files in order to understand me , and i'm sorry for my bad english.

First please edit your post and remove your SN for security purpose
Second tell me , what box you have form before
1) Infinity Box 2) BEST Dongle ?
Third Valid Serial number to give to gsmserver is from the dongle manager when you read info you get login and password for Infinity Online Services

You CAN NOT lost any credits due to this kind of problems.
All that you need to do in case of any problems with your personal data - contact to us PRIVATELY via e-mail.
You have posted your dongle S/N in forum - now we take no responsibility for your box future.

What to do now ?
Contact to your reseller again and repeat your request to make activation.

Hello Zufyan!

Please explain me few things:

1. How could you lost 400 credits if you order only 300?

2. At our sales chat you gave to manager your SN(76** ****), that was little different from that you gave in order(21** 0118, were 0118 - is card firmware, not a part of SN).
Before transfer you credits, we ask you to confirm that you want credits to that SN, and you confirm transfer credits on that SN(76** ****). After that we transfer you 300 infinity credits to SN that you gave.

Now I wait your answer.
