Due to a lot of different models with the same name but absolutely different hardware,
bottom connectors and different pinouts we recommend you to include the next info:
1. detailed description of model
2. phone CPU chip name
3. phone PCB photo (Rx/Tx/Gnd test-points may exist on phone PCB)
4. attach phone photo
5. attach phone bottom connector photo
6. include information about Gnd and Charge pins on phone bottom connector

After you have this information prepared, check the next detailed description how to get pinout for your model:

phone is ZTC N38, restart problem

is this pinout problem or anything else, please advice

hello bhuvanele!

if you hold power button pressed all the time while phone is booting- but still get error then this must be wrong pinout.
where did you get pinout?

pinouts are marked on the pcb itself, and further i tried with connector pinouts pin 6 and 7. btw i did hold power button till software said to release.

i tried as said in pinout find instruction, but i think i only got tx pin right, any other ways to know rx pin, plz suggest
