hi .....

I always have a problem wth installing y infinity-box ..... in my first PC after installing .. have a connection problems with devices (cellulars)....with the second PC ... after a good nstalling .... appears a message when runnng program or serial number reader : not registered .....

HELP me please to solv this problem !!!!!!!

Hello,

I think it's your PC problem: it looks like "dot" key works not so good. Try to change PC keyboard.

Your 1st PC: tell me exactly what is the problems with "connection problems with devices (cellulars)" ? What phones you tried to connect ? What cables you have used ? What is the results ? Send me Log files to check what errors take place.

Your 2nd PC: uninstall Infinity-Box package, uninstall drivers. Install again Drivers and Infinity-Box software.

Please, tell me exactly what you see when you start SN-Reader. Pls send me info from SN-Reader log window to mail: [email protected]
