many times i read your service offer, but not understand all. please clear all me are following :

1. how can i support all from you :
a) buy a infinity box ?
b) buy a nokia best dongle ?
c) or others alse ?

2. example if i buy nokia best dongle, you give me all support ?

3. example now i need iphone 4s/5s factory unlock, or nokia sl3 unlock
how can i support from you, i mean procedure method ?

4. major and big problem we can not send any taka or dollar from bangladesh. here no paypal or others system. this is restricted by bangladesh government.

SO, how can we buy credit from bangladesh ?

please reply all.

We have different products:
1. Main Infinity-Box (Multibrand) - Infinity-Box - Multibrand Unlock & Repair Tools
2. Infinity-Box BEST (for Nokia) - BB5 Easy Service Tool [BEST] - About
3. Infinity-Box CDMA-Tool (for CDMA models) - Infinity CDMA-Tool - About
Please, check what phones you want to handle and select required product.

If you will get one Infinity-Box products you can later add new software for your Box/Dongle (but some limitations exist).

Each product has it's own support area with files specially for specific product

If you have any Infinity Product (f.e. Main Infinity-Box or [BEST] or CDMA) - you also get an account (login/password) for Infinity Online Service.
With this account you can unlock iPhone (by imei), SL3 (upload data for calculation), activate new software etc.
Some operations is free (f.e. pantech codes or BB codes) but other operations cost Credits. Price is here: Infinity-Box - Price-list

So, f.e. to unlock iPhone you should buy Credits and then you can unlock iPhone by imei.
