hi team support infinity:
.............. please help me for trset my box.because not accept upgrade
.............. and my pinfinder.but my box infinity working with all modules
.............. (chinese miracle v3.12 -mmodule v3.34............).
.............. i used dongle manager v1.32 and this result:

i answered your email.
you have damaged pinfinder serial number, this is why it cant be registered and blocking your account.
