i want to know some thing about cm2 then i buy it

my frist qus is cm2 is its a dongle or a box
or is it work without any activision for cina mobile flashing
if I buy cm2 then I need to activision for anybfixed tine or fully work with out activision for china only

hello sir if I have infinity best nokia dongel then can I use it for cm2 or not
or if buy cm2 dongel did it support for only china with out any end activision of 1 year I mean working all time with out any activision of work for china
