What is S299 ?

Could you, pls, open phone and send me via mail/PM information about this phone CPU name ?

when ever they throw question about your software supporting a phone u tell them always open ur phone and tell me cpu name thats what u always say tell people the truth u dont support that brand of phone

Bird phones come in 2 types based on CPU
1) Bird phones made by Bird company ( we support this )
2) Bird phones made by Sagem company ( we do not support )

to know if we support a model we must know the CPU type , this is the reason we ask our user to tell us what CPU type it is

If you want to know the truth about Infinity-Box it's absolutely not a problem. Just visit www.infinity-box.com and see list of supported devices.
I don't think it's very hard to know truth by this way.

If you want to hear the truth directly from me, here is it: Infinity-Box don't have support for phone model with name "S299" and one of the reasons why this unknown phone is not supported is: I don't know WHAT IS S299. I can suppose that it's a Bird phone, but I don't know for sure.

So, now you can understand why I ask people to open phone and tell me CPU name... Yes... I hope you already understand WHY I ask this:
We want to make support for so many new phones as possible and to make this we need a small help from our customers: just tell to us CPU name of new phone model.

then who will make support for bird made by sagem i think it would be good and wise for u infinity to include those fone made by sagem it would surely boost ur sales up because thney are a lot of bird fone in the market but know software to repair them thanks

This is definitely not SAGEM phone.

Menu looks like s288.

Here are some pictures of the Bird s299. Definitely not SAGEM.
Sorry my im only using a 6680 to take the picture.

Shown side by side with a Bird s288. Both phones has a lot of similarities and i think this is 99% BIRD PHONE.

I will be sending one phone to the developer hoping to have the unlocker for this phone sooon.
