hello!

you must search for firmware named "BXWY28_06B_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_S02.R888_320_7670_HY N _HY128_V2_1.BIN_D2629EBF"
or similar. Make full backup before any operation

unfortunatly we dont have such firmware.
Maybe you can get similar phone to read out good working dump?
also maybe some of our forum members have this?

please comlete format it. when u insert battery and press power botton for about 1 minute or longer to turn on ur mobile,

it's good idea to follow advioce that was given by software and make this:
1. send backup_system_log _27EADFDB_BXWY28_06B_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_S02.R888_32 0_7670_HYN_HY128_V2_1.BIN_D2629EBF_20080101-125138.B4X.bin file to [email protected]
2. make "read firmware" operation and send flash backup to [email protected]

i return mobile customer i read software from one phone to and write but when i click repair secuitry software show first download firmware to support and write and then this ithink no software solution for this phone

hello!

of course "repair security" did not work , because this firmware version was unknown for program.
you had to send us your backup at first attempt to work with this phone, as it was written in program.

New firmware detected:
BXWY28_06B_PCB04_GPRS_MT6228_S02.R888_320_7670_HYN _HY128_V2_1.BIN

- make "Repair security area" operation
- send "backup_system_log_..." file to support
- make "Read full flash" operation
- send flash backup file(s) to support
- include in your e-mail full text from phone back label (phone name etc.)

we would process it and update chinese miracle software to recognise this version
