i9 chinese iphone language problem - GSM-Forum

I've managed to read full flash from i9 chinese iphone ( TELSDA25_07B_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.I9_TV_V3_0_1298 _SP_25_1_0_26__fullflash_20090914-100548.B0M.bin ) , but the language editor doesn't allow me to change any of the installed languages to other, or edit. Awaiting for your early reply.

problem solved, cause language detection take longer than normal, and no progress bar indicates the process
