When I Click On "Identify" Then I Connect With USB Cable & Insert Battery So It's Always Show "Secure Boot" or "BootLoader Locked" phone

But

When I "First" Connect Cellphone With USB Cable & Insert Battery Wait 2Sec "Then" Click On "Identify' So It's Show, Initial Info read Ok!
