ideas tecno mt6572

have tried to connect tecno p5s with no success on over five working different pieces. with fully charged batts and holding boot keys[and not] *on win7 and xp.
on old to new soft ver'

alcatel ot-918 also got similar connect errors[ but with nck dongle ok]

tecno h5 got successful connection.
